This year (2006) the conference focused on the Use and Application of Belbin Theory, and its Influence on the Bigger Picture. All lectures and workshops were held at Downing College, Cambridge, which was founded in 1800.

Keynote speakers
Dr Meredith Belbin - Originator of Belbin Team Role Theory, and Partner in Belbin Associates. Meredith’s talk will be based upon “Management in a New Era”.
Will Carnegie - BT Global Challenge Skipper and Leadership and Team Speaker. He will be sharing his experiences of leading an amateur crew round the world in 10 months. The title of his talk says it all “Team Work in the Extreme”.
Robin Wood - Managing Director of Career Management Consultants Ltd. Robin shared his experiences of applying team role theory in his then relatively small company back in 2002. He is back 4 years later, to share his latest challenges in “Enlarging the Organisation – The Pains of Adolescence!”
Mr Raymond Yu - Managing Director, Talents Mgt. Consulting Services Co. Ltd will be sharing his experiences during his talk "Localisation of Belbin team roles to adapt to the Chinese Culture".
